Levante UD has introduced the Fan Support Office, a new space aimed at strengthening ties with its supporters, understanding their opinions on various matters, and getting closer to its most important asset and primary companion: the fans.
With the Fan Support Office, the club aims to provide its fans with the opportunity to express their concerns firsthand, listen to their opinions from different perspectives, and directly involve its social mass in the decision-making process on diverse topics such as season tickets, matchday experiences, official stores, following club information, or fan support, among others. In essence, "we want to address a range of topics that bring the voices of the fans closer to the entity and actively listen to everything they want to tell us. Additionally, we aim for representation from different stadium areas, various ages, and diverse affiliations with the club," as stated by Jobanna Calpe, Head of the Fan Support Office.
With this initiative, Levante UD demonstrates its commitment to building a foundation where both the club and the fans can continue to feel what they are: an integral part of the entity.
Monthly Active Listening Meetings
Among the various actions that the Fan Support Office will undertake, monthly meetings with season ticket holders are planned, taking place in the Executive Box at Ciutat de València. Calpe explained that the club "opens the possibility for anyone who wants to voluntarily attend these meetings to do so by completing the form (attached to this news) and will be announced in advance each month."
In the pilot session held this Thursday, eleven Levante supporters have already shared their initial impressions regarding the initiative, which aims to become a meeting point between the club and its fans. The next meeting will take place on February 28 at 10:00 AM, and the registration period is open until the attendance limit is reached.
