Levante UD earns a point against Córdoba CF in a thrilling match

Julián Calero had already warned of this in the press conference prior to this afternoon's match in Córdoba. "I have a feeling it's going to be an exciting match," he commented. And so it was. The spectators enjoyed a tremendous spectacle at the Bahrain Victorious Nuevo Arcángel Stadium in a match brimming with intensity, chances, saves, and goals. Levante took the lead at halftime thanks to a goal from Roger Brugué. The Córdoba side equalized just minutes after the restart with a goal from P. Ortiz, and the excitement continued until the very end. Both teams scored in stoppage time: first Levante UD through Álex Forés and, shortly after, Rubén Alves for Córdoba CF.
