Julian Calero, Esteemed Guest at the Closure of the La Sagra Benjamin Football Championship

Levante UD's head coach, Julian Calero, was honored for his distinguished career and exemplary professionalism at the closure of the "XXVI La Sagra Benjamin Football Championship," organized by the Villaseca de La Sagra City Council in Toledo.
Calero attended the thrilling final match where EFB Odelot Toletum triumphed over CD Toledo "A" with a score of 3-2. The tournament saw the participation of over 800 children from 32 football schools over nine months of competition.
The coach praised the efforts made by the Villaseca de La Sagra City Council in "promoting youth sports and all the values it entails." Calero expressed his gratitude for being part of the closing ceremony, recalling that "I started coaching boys and girls like the ones here today."
Villaseca de La Sagra's mayor, Jesús Hijosa, presented a plaque to Julian Calero in recognition of his "sports career as an example of perseverance and professionalism."
Since 1998, the La Sagra Benjamin Football Championship has enjoyed the support of football's elite, with top-level coaches, referees, and players participating in the closing ceremony each year.
