Levante UD is undergoing a significant digital transformation of all its processes, a necessary and more sustainable change that includes the development of e-commerce platforms to enable worldwide distribution. This plan, which avoids the high costs associated with physical stores, aligns with the strategy adopted by other major brands and fashion firms. Consequently, the club will close its store on Calle Colón in Valencia. Levante UD plans to expand its catalog to include casual and technical apparel, as well as retro items, which are increasingly popular in the sports sector.

Levante UD is currently restructuring all its assets to maximize their potential. Following the successful launch of the stadium as a venue for various events, the creation of the Business Club, and the increased impact of the club in the Valencian business community, the third phase of this project focuses on retail.

Retail Sustainability

The successful operation of the outlet store, which sold products from past seasons exclusively online, has provided the club with valuable insights into reaching a broader audience through its online store. This experience, combined with a thorough analysis of the revenue and costs of each sales point and the potential of other channels, has highlighted that centralizing sales in a single physical store and boosting e-commerce is the ideal combination to ensure the sustainability of Levante's retail operations.

The high rental cost of the store on Calle Colón has been another factor prompting the club to explore online sales for one of its main assets: playing kits and other merchandise products.
