Come see the trophy and pay tribute to the champions! Levante UD and its fans will experience a great evening with the champions of the UEFA Women’s Nations League, Alba Redondo and María Méndez, in the lead-up to the Levante-Andorra match. The club invites all its fans to get a close look at the trophy and to pay homage to the Levante internationals.

Levante UD will offer its fans the opportunity this Wednesday to get up close and take photos with the UEFA Women’s Champions League trophy recently secured by the Spanish national team after defeating France in the grand final. Two of the key victors in this continental tournament were Alba Redondo and María Méndez, who will be honored on the Ciutat de València pitch before the match between Levante UD and FC Andorra.

Exhibition of the Nations League trophy at the Ciutat

The first of the significant events related to the success achieved by Alba Redondo and María Méndez, alongside the national team, will be the exhibition of the Nations League trophy in a designated room in the lower part of the stadium, right next to the Tenda Granota. The trophy will be on display from 4:00 PM to 6:30 PM for our fans to get a close look and take photos alongside it.

Tribute to the European champions

Later, the trophy will be moved to the pitch. Alba Redondo and María Méndez will step onto the field with the cup, minutes before the Levante UD vs. FC Andorra match kicks off, to receive recognition and affection from all the fans gathered in the Ciutat de València stands, as well as from their male first-team counterparts. On the Orriols turf, our footballers will present it to the Levante fanbase, which has recently witnessed several of its players become champions: Alba Redondo (World Cup 2023); UEFA Nations League (the same Alba and María Méndez); U19 European Championship (Estela, Érika, and twice Silvia Lloris); and the U20 World Cup (Lloris). Another opportunity, undoubtedly, to experience a celebration at the home of the Granotas and once again celebrate a success for their women's team.
