Benito Villamarín will be Levante UD's alternative stadium for its home matches in the event it is necessary as a result of circumstances in connection with the COVID-19 pandemic at some point during the 20-21 season.
The two clubs have reached an agreement whereby Paco López’s team would play their home matches at the Real Betis stadium if the authorities so indicated and, in a reciprocal move, Levante UD would allow Real Betis Balompié to play their home games at the Ciutat de València stadium, if the situation so required.
We remind you that on 7th September the Spanish Football Federation published the new rules and competition guidelines agreed with LaLiga in the light of the situation generated by the COVID-19 pandemic; Among them was that the First and Second Division clubs had to decide upon an alternative stadium located outside their Autonomous Community in case matches could not be played at their own facilities.
