Levante UD women's team opens its preseason locker with a victory against Rangers FC. The granotas have been measured to the Scottish team in Oliva Nova, a match in which both goals were scored by Ivonne Chacón.

The local team started dominating and, as a result, had the first dangerous chances of the match. After eleven minutes, Chacón took advantage of the opportunity and scored the first goal of the match. Two minutes later, the same player tried again, but the Scottish goalkeeper caught the ball. The Granotas continued to dominate. For their part, the Scottish team tried to get close to the rival area with a shot that the Levante goalkeeper caught without problems.

The Blue and Whites had possession of the ball and, with it, tried to advance meters to reach the opponent's goal with danger and look for the goal that would increase their advantage. Shortly after, Ivonne Chacón shone again when she scored the second after an impressive run, dodging two opponents before sending the ball into the back of the net. The Scots tried to react, but her shot went over the crossbar, and Emma Holgrem once again did well to keep out a dangerous shot.

The second half arrived and with it came an increase in intensity from the Scottish team. They came out with a lot of force, but the Granota defense was able to stop their attacks. Both teams had chances in this half of the game, and in a dangerous play for Roger Lamesa's team, Tarazona came out with his fists to clear the ball.

The home team ends the first preseason game in the best way, with a 2-0 victory. The second preseason game will be played next Saturday, August 10 against Madrid CFF at 20:00.
