Levante UD and Athletic Club Reach Agreement for the Transfer of Leire Baños

Levante UD and Athletic Club have reached an agreement for the transfer of Leire Baños.

The midfielder from Irún, who joined Levante UD from Real Sociedad in the summer of 2021 for two seasons, had extended her contract with the Granota club in January 2023 until 2025. She has been a key player for the first women's team during her three seasons wearing the Levante jersey.

Leire Baños has accumulated a total of 98 appearances in official competitions, including Liga F, UEFA Women’s Champions League, Copa de la Reina, and the Supercopa de España de Clubes, scoring seven goals.

Levante UD would like to thank Leire for her dedication and professionalism over the past three seasons while defending our badge. We wish her all the best in her new professional and personal endeavors.
