Levante UD participates in the #TodosContraElCáncer initiative by LaLiga and AECC

Levante UD took part in the #TodosContraElCáncer initiative launched by LaLiga and the Spanish Association Against Cancer (AECC) during matchday 23 of LaLiga EA Sports, matchday 25 of LaLiga Hypermotion, and the Liga Genuine, on the occasion of World Cancer Day celebrated yesterday.

Players and coaches wore a green armband as a symbol of hope. The goal of this campaign was to raise awareness about the importance of joining resources and capacities in a great action program against this disease.

In addition, Levante UD and RCD Espanyol donated a signed team jersey with the slogan "Tots contra el cáncer" (All against cancer) to the Spanish Association Against Cancer, allowing the association to raise funds through its auction.

Besides LaLiga, other competitions such as Liga Endesa, the Plenitud men's handball league, the Royal Spanish Football Federation, the Royal Spanish Rugby Federation, and the Kings/Queens League joined this initiative during the weekend.
