Levante UD fans experienced one of the most important evenings in terms of unity among all Levante supporters this past Tuesday, April 30th. It was the annual dinner of the Peñas Delegation, which this year celebrates 73 years of love for the club's colors and support for our club, its teams, and its athletes. Therefore, it was an unbeatable opportunity for all of them, fans, athletes, and the highest representation of both boards, to come together to celebrate this date.

Ramón Escolano, president of the Peñas Delegation, acted as master of ceremonies at an event attended by Pablo Sánchez, president of Levante UD; Maribel Vilaplana, board member and spokesperson; Paco Fenollosa, honorary president of the club; players from the first teams Álex Muñoz, Roger Brugué, Alharilla Casado, and Antonia Silva; Eugenio Ribera, coach of the Juvenil A team, and one of the most applauded of the evening after winning the league; Raúl Jiménez, goalkeeper of Levante UD FS; and two of the Levante UD's most experienced employees, Jobana Calpe and Vicente Romo.

They all received a gift from the Delegation from Escolano, who also wanted to have a present for the assembled peñas: Granotes Viatgeres, Paquito Fenollosa, Granota 1909, El Ascenso, Sin Tregua, Los Silos de Burjassot, Utiel Granota, Frente Birrero, Vent de Llevant, Viveros Vallejo, La Granota, Sentiment Granota, Granotes Inseparables, Cap i Casal, Malvarrosa, Levante UD Femenino, Columna Granota, Carcaixent Bressol de la Taronja, Peña Calpe, Amics Granotes, L’Horte Granota de Sedaví, La Birra es Bella, La Unió, Dones Agustinet, Somni Granota, and Vicente Camarasa de Rafelbunyol.

Happiness, pride, and love for Levante UD: the words of the protagonists

When it was time for speeches, there were heartfelt words from all the participants. Ramón Escolano expressed his "happiness" at bringing together so many Levante supporters, an event aimed at "promoting fan clubs and Levante support" and continuing "for many years." Alharilla shared this feeling and promised to work to bring "many joys" from Levante UD Femenino, while Antonia Silva expressed her "pride in being part of this club" and highlighted the "love for Levante UD" shown by those present. Raúl Jiménez, after six years with the futsal team, expressed his "gratitude for the support in Paterna despite the loss of category" and confessed his confidence in continuing to have it. In the turn of the first male team, its captain Álex Muñoz described it as an "honor" to be present at this dinner and showed himself very close to the Levante feeling. "We have been here for a short time - also speaking on behalf of Brugui - but I feel the club from deep within me," he confessed. "We are a small great family with ambitious objectives. It is true that we are not in a good streak but we promise to give everything and bring you back to where you deserve, which is in Primera. We will fight until the end," he concluded. An idea that Roger Brugué emphasized. "We will leave everything on the field, we are the first ones who wish it. Until the last breath," he concluded to give way to one of the most acclaimed of the evening, Euge Ribera. "We want to thank you on behalf of the whole team, you cannot even imagine the excitement of the boys. We hope to see you in Buñol in the next round of the Copa de Campeones, hopefully we are lucky and can continue walking together," said the coach of the Levante UD Juvenil Division of Honor.

Pablo Sánchez thanks the Peñas for their support and asks for a final effort

Levante UD president Pablo Sánchez gave the final speeches. After congratulating the Peñas Delegation on its 73rd anniversary, he thanked the fans for their support and in particular its members. "You know how important you are to the club. The strength of football is the fan, and we work for you: thank you for being there, keep supporting the team," he introduced. "The other day - referring to the defeat against Cartagena - was a blow but there are five games left. Just as I ask the players for effort, I ask the players to keep fighting to enter the Champions League. Go to Vila-real. The club deserves
