The RFEF informs Levante UD of the postponement of the SM El Rey Cup match against Pontevedra CF

The Royal Spanish Football Federation has informed Levante UD of the postponement of the match that the Levante team had planned to play this afternoon (8 pm) against Pontevedra CF at the Pasarón Municipal Stadium, corresponding to the SM El Rey Cup.

Due to the serious consequences of the DANA that is devastating the province of Valencia, the Levante UD expedition was unable to travel last night and contacted the RFEF to explain the situation. Once the facts have been assessed and, given the new alert activated in which it is recommended to avoid any type of travel in the province, the Royal Federation has informed the club of the decision to postpone the match to next Thursday, November 7 at 8:00 p.m. hours.

From Levante UD we extend our deepest condolences to the families of the DANA victims and show our solidarity with all those affected by the harsh consequences of the storm. Likewise, we want to highlight and recognize the great effort and work being carried out by the local and national emergency services mobilized to carry out rescue work and minimize damage.
